Horsebackers, hikers, mountain bikers, or rock climbers, this is your dream location, and when it gets too hot take a dip at one of 10 public lake accesses and your boat awaits on a bouy at the yellow Kal Park Estates gate as the previous owner did.

 Sturt Creek emerges fresh from the ground near the highest point of the property and the water rights are for domestic, storage and irrigation which may be able to be converted to hydroelectric (approx 440ft drop) for those wanting to live off grid. If not, the Cosens Bay Community is working on power to come to each property line.
